BIOGRAPHY
Regina Murphy is a longtime resident of Oklahoma City. She has studied at Oklahoma City University and Louisiana Tech University as well as with many nationally known artists. Accomplished in all mediums, Regina holds a signature membership in both the National Watercolor Oklahoma and Kansas Watercolor Societies. She has served as an officer and is a member of the Oklahoma Art Guild, Individual Artists of Oklahoma, The Paseo Arts Association and the Oklahoma Visual Artists Coalition. She is a founding partner of Studio Six, a collective art studio and gallery in Oklahoma City’s Paseo Arts District.
Murphy’s work is included in many private and corporate art collections throughout the United States including those of Paul Newman and Joanne Woodward, Arthur and Patty Newman, Dee and Joseph Wambaugh; Integris Medical Center, Oklahoma City; Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art, Shawnee, Oklahoma; Presbyterian Hospital, Oklahoma City; Merrill Lynch, Oklahoma City; Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, Oklahoma City and the State of Oklahoma Permanent Art Collection.
